Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging, are not eligible for return.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at zoommixa@myshopify.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
